Iryna Neporozhnya Osnach (1999) is a Ukrainian violinist and pianist, born in Kyiv and raised in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, where her passion for music began at an early age. She started piano lessons at the age of four and added violin at eight, eventually completing professional mid-level training in both instruments by the age of 17 at the Professional Conservatory of Music Arenas Albéniz.

In 2018, Iryna moved to the Netherlands to pursue higher music education at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam. There, she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in classical violin, studying under esteemed professors Natasha Morozova, Hed Yaron Meyerson, and Pavel Fischer.

Since 2024, Iryna has also been developing her skills as a violist, with a particular focus on performing in viola and piano repertoire, further expanding her artistic versatility.

Alongside her performance career, Iryna has been teaching violin and piano since 2018, gaining broad experience working with students of various ages and levels. Her teaching approach emphasizes technical precision, expressive freedom, and a deep connection to the music. She is fluent in Russian, Spanish, English, and Dutch, and offers lessons in all four languages.

In 2023, she completed a University Certification in Music Therapy through the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, enriching her understanding of music’s emotional and therapeutic impact—an influence that resonates through both her teaching and performing.

In December 2024, Iryna earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Gender Diversity, Gender Equality, and Gender Diversity for Local Government Administration Technicians through Euroinnova, an international online education platform. This training reflects her broader commitment to social equity and inclusion, values that are central to her artistic and educational work.

Iryna is passionate about inclusivity and women’s representation in the arts. She initiated the project “Women in Art: Conversations and Music”, which gave voice to female artists by providing a platform to share their experiences and creative work. In the same spirit, she co-founded the Olga Trio in 2023, a chamber ensemble dedicated to performing music by women composers, past and present. The trio reached the final stage of the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras in 2024.

Her musical curiosity extends beyond the classical world. In 2023, she collaborated with the Jong Metropole Orchestra, joining musicians from diverse genres and backgrounds in a dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment.

Between January 2023 and June 2024, Iryna served as vice-chair of the Representative Advisory Council at Codarts University of the Arts, playing an active role in shaping institutional policies and supporting the university community.
