Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all students, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be subject to the full lesson fee, as last-minute changes leave limited opportunities to offer the slot to other students.
VAT
In accordance with the Dutch Value Added Tax Act (Wet op de omzetbelasting 1968) and EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, individuals aged 21 and older are subject to a 21% VAT rate. This VAT is applied to the invoice.
Please note that the prices listed do not include the 21% VAT.
